Welcome
Join us from June 19th – 22nd on the Hook Peninsula in County Wexford in Irelands sunny South East for an all inclusive four day / three night yoga retreat of pure magic and connection in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Connect to the elements, discover your nature, ignite your inner fire and enjoy exploring the beauty of the Hook with our Yoga and the Elements program. The Summer Solstice has always been a time of celebration. It offers a powerful opportunity for healing and renewal so join us for this very special Solstice retreat to recharge your life force energy in nature.

Our invigorating retreat will be an open and safe space for all participants who wish to join us, including complete beginners. Join us for a selection of dynamic and restorative yoga practices, guided breathing practices and meditations, nature connection walks and talks and nourish yourself with some amazing plant-based and vegetarian meals. We’ll sit down to eat together and share stories and learn about the ancient Solstice celebrations and rituals of our ancestors. The summer solstice is also a time to honour the sun so stoke up your inner fire and celebrate the sun with us here on the Hook.

Our aim is to provide space and learning for groups to come to connect and to share our knowledge. The intention is to enhance self-awareness and share wellness techniques to help you find greater harmony in daily life. Nature lies within us and just like nature, our bodies are also made up of the elements. Everybody has a different combination of them all and we naturally relate to certain elements more easily than others and by discovering which your nature is, you are better placed to understand your character, your habits and what makes you unique. Discover the elements in your character, learn about your power element and how to connect with and balance your elements through our retreat program to bring more understanding and harmony to our life.
