Join us from June 18th – 21st 2022 on the Hook Peninsula in County Wexford in Irelands sunny South East for an all inclusive four night yoga retreat of pure magic and connection in one of the most beautiful places in the world. The Summer Solstice has always been a time of celebration. It offers a powerful opportunity for healing and renewal so join us for this very special Solstice retreat to recharge your life force energy in nature.
Our invigorating retreat will be an open and safe space for all participants who wish to join us, including complete beginners. Join us for a selection of dynamic and restorative yoga practices, guided breathing practices and meditations, nature connection walks and talks and nourish yourself with some amazing plant-based and vegetarian meals. We’ll sit down to eat together and share stories and learn about the ancient Solstice celebrations and rituals of our ancestors. The summer solstice is also a time to honour the sun so stoke up your inner fire and celebrate the sun with us here on the Hook.
