Private Yoga experiences
We teach private groups all year whether it’s a family group, group of friends, staff days out or hen parties, we’ve got an amazing experience for you. Equinox celebrations and Solstice retreats are scheduled throughout the year and these classes are magical experiences. We run specialised masterclasses and workshops all year and on request ie; beach yoga and kayaking experience, yoga for intuition, the myths behind the asanas, yoga and live music, yoga and the elements, yoga and ayurveda, celtic yoga, yoga and meditation for the chakras, yoga for the subtle body, for igniting Agni the inner fire, Goddess workshops, yoga and sea swims, rest and restore workshops and yoga for stress relief.
A guided walk with Liam is a “must do” if you are in the area. His local knowledge of political, economic, cultural and social history (and local gossip of course!!) was a pleasure to witness. We were a group of 6 friends away for a weekend together and this easy 3 hour meander around our stunning Irish countryside, under clear blue sunny Irish skies was the highlight of the weekend.
I have been joining in Niamh’s yoga practice on Baginbun Beach and online for the past few months. Niamh is a very sensitive and skilled teacher and I have found her class to be really enjoyable, challenging, restorative for both the mind and the body. Yoga is for everyone but to teach a class one needs to be have special skill. If you get a chance to join Niamhs class, go for it, its a gift to yourself.
