Earth, Sun, Moon and You
Retreat at The Secret Garden
from 9th to the 11th of September
Witness the magic of the Equinox and the Harvest Moon at The Secret Garden. The Autumn Equinox was a sacred time for our ancestors who celebrated this time by collecting all the harvest stocks for winter and we too will celebrate this time and stock up on good vibes and connection to carry us through the Autumn and Winter ahead. We celebrate this powerful weekend with a retreat inspired by the earth, the sun and the moon.
Join us from Friday September 9th until Sunday the 11th on the Hook Peninsula in County Wexford in Irelands sunny South East for a retreat of pure magic and connection in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Our aim is to provide space and learning for groups to come to connect and to share our knowledge. The intention is to enhance self-awareness and share wellness techniques as we explore the elements within us and around us as we retreat on the Hook Peninsula together.
- Fresh sea air and great company
- Stay in the most beautiful location amongst the trees and flowers of The Secret garden and explore the Hook Peninsula
- Yin and Yang yoga practices exploring the deeper layers of our being through breathwork, self myofacial release techniques, rituals, crafting and meditations
- Enjoy all inclusive organic whole foods and plant based meals and drinks
- Kayaking trip with the Irish Experience (which is optional and at an extra charge)
- Historical and relaxing walks in nature around our favourite places
- Each day is dedicated to the sun, the earth and the moon, highlighting each presence in the body and mind.
- Inspiring home practices and techniques e-book to take away with information and the techniques learned throughout the retreat including self care tools, breath-work practices, yoga postures, meditations, mudras and a delicious plant based recipe book compiled by Siobhans own recipes.

“I’m not sure I have enough good words to describe my experience at the Livin Off The Hook Summer Solstice retreat. Everything was even better than I could have hoped, from the location and absolutely delicious vegan food, to the yoga and other activities. Niamh, Liam and Siobhan made everyone feel so welcome and comfortable, it was absolutely idyllic. I arrived with two friends and left with many more, a full belly, a full heart and much more knowledge about Irish geology and history! Already excited about the next time I get to the Sunny South East” – Onagh
“For me, this was literally a life changing experience. I met the most amazing, funny chilled out people and they got me! The setting was heavenly, the food was literally mind blowing, the yoga and breath work was empowering and cleansing! Niamh and Liam are two of the most genuine people I’ve ever met! They have the keys to a better life and they want to share it! Siobhain was our cook and she spoilt us rotten with her vegan cooking gift! The experience is also full of adventure with kayaking, sea swimming and gentle hikes. Liam is an amazing Tour Guide and obviously passionate about the local history. Any nerves or in my case, cold bones, along the way and Niamh will step in and warm you up with body heating yoga moves and a few empowering chants! : ) If you feel stuck! If you want to do something just for you, then do this! You will come back lighter and more focused on what serves you! DO IT! Demi Redmond, 45 year young, working mam of 3!” – Demi
“It’s hard to find the words to describe the summer solstice retreat with Livin’ off the hook. Absolutely every aspect was just fantastic – the yoga, the food, the breath work and meditations. And of course the setting on the hook was beautiful! Sea swims, kayaking, historical walks on the hook. They have it all! The energy I left with was just something else. I had the best few days and left with some wonderful new friends. I found healing that I didn’t even realise I needed. It’s a weekend I will cherish for life. ♥️ I cannot recommend enough!! I will be back for sure!” – Katherine
