I’m Niamh, a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher. I trained and qualified as a yoga alliance international teacher E-RYT 200 in the Frog Lotus school of yoga based at Suryalila retreat center in Spain. I teach Vinyasa Flow, Yin & Restorative yoga.

I have a passion for movement and spirituality combining elements of Irish tradition, Celtic mythology and eastern philosophy. I bring an authentic, non-judgmental teaching style with a compassion-centered approach.

In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your yoga practice.

Liam is a yoga alliance international certified breath coach and has been studying breathing practises for six years. He is passionate about breathwork and is currently delving more into the history and science of breathing.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga combines the physical with the mental and is designed to calm a busy mind. This is a more deep stretching class to improve flexibility as well as range of motion and stability in your joints. Most of the poses are practised low to the floor either seated or in a supine or prone positionand involved holding poses for a long period of time. This affects the lower body parts, specifically the hips, thighs, and spine. Poses are held for a few minutes at a time. You need a couple of cushions for this practise, a belt or scarf and a couple of hardback books (or yoga blocks). Props are a great way to support your body in the yin postures which we hold for a few minutes at a time.

Fitness Class

A power yoga style exercise class. This class is not a bootcamp style workout, it’s completely done at your own pace and exercises are modified to suit your body. We move through various stretches and exercises to improve mobility, strength & flexibility in a relaxed and fun way.

Morning Vinyasa Flow

Bringing awareness to your breath and movements to balance to the body and mind. These classes are like a moving meditation and creative weaving in elements of Yin & Kundalini yoga yet gently paced giving plenty of opportunities to rest throughout. Classes are suitable for everyone, regardless of your flexibility or level of fitness.

Workshops

Take a weekly workshop to work on certain areas of the body through targeted stretches, strengthening exercises, mobility work, myo-facial release and more. We also offer workshops on EFT techniques, breathing techniques and guided meditation.

One to One Class

Book in for a one to one class if you’re feeling nervous about starting any of the open group sessions.
