Beach Yoga, Baginbun, Fethard-on-Sea

Beach yoga classes are for all levels and we will support you and give lots of options and variations for anyone who is just beginning or needs modifications. This is a one hour class including a breathing practice or meditation followed by an all levels Vinyasa Flow yoga often weaving in elements of Kundalini, Yin and Restorative yoga for a fun well rounded class with variations and modifications to suit every body. There will be plenty of opportunities to rest throughout so whether you’re a complete beginner or a well practised yogi you are very welcome to join. You can bring your own yoga mat or towel to practice on and we have spare mats if you need one. Drop ins welcome however classes are subject to change depending on the weather and the best way to stay up to date is to reserve your spot in class via our booking system here

We will not be liable to you in respect of any personal injury (including without limitation serious injury or death) that you may suffer or sustain directly or indirectly as a result of attending our yoga classes. We will not be liable to you in respect of any of your personal property that is lost, stolen or damaged before, during or after an yoga class.
