Terms and Conditions
Please note the following terms and conditions that apply to our classes. We have no contract or joining fee however we recommend you register for our class booking system here. This booking system will issue you with a receipt automatically and will allow you to manage your own class usage, expiry and know how many classes you have remaining. You are responsible for choosing the appropriate package that works for your schedule.
Group Class Passes:
5 class passes have a 6 week expiry and cost €55
10 class passes have an 8 week expiry and cost €100
The new unlimited class passes have a 12 week expiry however can be paused once if you let us know before expiry. This costs €240
These multiple class passes allows for attendance at unlimited classes excluding Workshops, Sunday classes or special events which can be booked separately.
A private class costs €50
A block of 10 classes which are taken consecutively once per week for ten weeks or twice per week for five weeks costs €350
Class Booking Terms & Conditions:
All class passes sold have an expiry from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Please note this. Class passes cannot be transferred, refunded or extended.
Your class pass starts from the date of the first class you book and expire within the indicated time frame so if you book your first class for next week you can’t book a class this week so you will need to purchase a drop in class pass if that’s the case. You will receive a notification one week before your class passes expire. Expired passes cannot be refunded but can be purchased back for an administration fee of €20 at our discretion.
Classes can be booked online and paid for in studio via cash or online via credit/debit card or PayPal. (We do not retain your card details). This is a handy option for many people so if you book online and opt for the pay in studio option then you cancel last minute or do not turn up you should pay for your place or lose a class pass on your next booking
There is a waiting list option on the booking system which works very well. It automatically adds you to the class in the event of a cancellation however spaces resulting from cancellations can’t always be filled at short notice. Therefore, late cancellations cannot be refunded.
In the unlikely event that the class is cancelled you will receive as much notice as possible by email, and your class pass will be reissued to use at a future date or you can opt for a full refund.
Mats and props will be provided for all students, although you are also welcome to bring your own.
Whilst every effort is made by us to provide practices, exercises and training which are suitable to all students, it is the duty of the student to inform the teacher of any illnesses or weaknesses that might affect you while practicing, exercising or training through injury.
All our instructors are experienced teachers with recognised teaching qualifications. Yoga is generally a very safe activity with many mental and physical benefits. If you are unsure as to whether or not you should practice yoga or train with us due to health problems please consult your doctor.
Please inform us prior to booking if you are pregnant or suspect you may be expecting. Expectant mothers can practice yoga but not all yoga is suitable and modifications are recommended depending on the trimester so be sure to inform us if you are pregnant and we can recommend a qualified pre-natal teacher and class for you
Participants must be aware of the physical risks involved with joining our yoga, strength and hiit classes. It is the responsibility of participants to consult with their physician prior to participation in any classes. You are responsible for practicing within your own comfort levels. It is not necessary for the student to undertake all the practices, exercises and training suggested by the teacher. All practices, exercises and training will be undertaken voluntarily and in the event of accident or injury no claim will lie against the teacher or management at Livin’ off the Hook.
