Since we’re back livin’ on the Hook again, we have started up our yoga classes online and when possible on Baginbun. We will run classes from June 8th until the end of August and we will be following government guidelines throughout so to start, the beach classes will have no equipment, no contact & social distancing can be maintained throughout. You need to bring your own yoga mat or towel to practise on.

We know how changeable the weather is here so in the case of bad weather we will live stream the class from our home to yours so get in touch, drop us your email and I will keep you updated on classes. Rain or shine, by Hook or by Crooke classes will go ahead. In case of wind or rain forecasted we will email you the zoom link when classes are scheduled to go online and you will recieve a link to the online meeting. You don’t need a zoom account to access the live classes, just the link and you click the link to join five minutes before class.

Beach or Online Yoga at 8am on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays

Online Yin Yoga at 7pm on Monday and Thursday evenings for deep stretch and relaxation

These classes are for all levels and we will support you and give lots of options and variations for anyone who is just beginning or needs modifications.

The morning yoga class is a one hour class including a breathing practise or meditation followed by an all levels Vinyasa Flow yoga weaving in elements of Kundalini & Yin yoga for a fun well rounded class with variations and modifications to suit every body. There will be plenty of opportunities to rest & skip vinyasas throughout so whether you’re a complete beginner or a well practised yogi you are very welcome to join.

Weather permitting we will most likely jump in for a swim or a paddle after each beach class and welcome you to join us too. It’s totally optional and not part of the class.

What to bring

  • You need to bring your own yoga mat or a beach towel will work too. If you don’t have a mat, please let me know and I can arrange to loan you one or I can order you one at a discounted price from Yoga Matters Shop.
  • Bring a towel and swimwear (even if you don’t intend to take a dip, you might change your mind when you’re there.)

€10 for beach classes / €25 for all 3 weekly classes

Pay what you can option. If for any reason you are not in a position to pay full price, if you are a student, want to attend frequently, you are still very welcome to join, just get in touch and I will reserve your place no judgement. We want these classes to be available to all who want to take part. Payments can be made via Paypal or in person at the beach classes. Your payment could simply be sharing our posts and telling other people about these classes. Don’t hesitate to get in touch and sign up.


Booking is essential for both online and beach classes. Beach groups will be in line with the up to date phases on easing the Covid-19 restrictions in which the Phase 2 (from June 8th) states “Organised outdoor exercise, sporting, cultural or social activities of up to 15 people may take place”. We are closely following these guidelines set out in the governments roadmap to reopening society and business.

Please notify me if you are pregnant, if you have any injuries or medical conditions before attending a class. If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class and I will show you some resting poses in the beginning of each class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body, and respect its limits on any given day and not to perform any postures to the extent of pain or strain. Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment and anyone with pre existing conditions should consult a physician prior to beginning any activity program, including yoga.

Liam is a fully qualified and certified breath coach and Niamh is a certified personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach and fully qualified yoga teacher certified and insured with Yoga Alliance Professionals.
